Where we ship, and how to keep baklava at its best once it arrives.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. Every box ships from San Diego, California. Standard shipping is a flat $10 to any US address, shown at checkout before you pay. Sending a box as a present? See the baklava gift guide.

Keeping baklava

• Room temperature. Keep the box closed but not airtight, away from heat and direct sun. Baklava usually keeps well for several days this way.
• Skip the fridge. Cold hardens the syrup and dulls the crisp layers.
• Freezing. If you need to keep it longer, wrap the pieces well and freeze them. Thaw at room temperature, still wrapped.
